Five Parkwood – Elevator Lobby

What a beautiful upgrade in the elevator lobby of Parkwood Five! Parkwood Crossing is a business park in Indianapolis managed by JLL and owned by Rubenstein Partners and Strategic Capital Partners. We were honored to supply the lighting materials for this project including downlights, sconces, troffers, and emergency fixtures.

You can see how the white brightens up the space while the light distribution improves the color rendering and overall optics. We used Ledvance UltraLED Dual Selectable Downlights. These have 90+ CRI and are excellent for retrofit or new construction.

The shared corridors of Parkwood Five also got an upgrade. New troffers make for a pleasant stroll to work from the parking garage with well-lit hallways. These are the Litetronics VLT2 Troffers.

As always, Marvel Lighting considers emergency concerns to meet regulations and ensure safety. The Keystone Dual Flex Emergency Backup Drivers were used to supply power in this environment. You can find a wide selection of Exit and Emergency supplies on our website or call for assistance.
