The new LED retrofits have a 5-year warranty so City Center is estimated to save an additional $8,500 in maintenance savings over the next 5 years. With local utility rebate, the return on investment for this project was only 6 months! Without the utility rebate, the client still would have had an ROI of 10 months.

As we upgraded 240 fixtures, and placed an extra 21 lamps and 178 sensors, our CityWay South Garage project boasts an annual cost reduction of $39,609. Not only does this project improve the quality of lighting in the carpark, it also saves the business operating, maintenance, and labor costs.

The Litetronics VLT 2×4 Volumetric Troffers were an obvious choice in value engineering and versatility. The selectable lumen output and correlated color temperature allow the contractor to customize what would normally be generic office lighting. We think Parkwood will enjoy them for years to come.

To maximize light coverage with constraints provided, we ended up specifying a Galleon LED Area Light Fixture from Cooper Lighting‘s McGraw-Edison line-up. These offered best in class optics, allowing us to reduce the numbers of fixtures needed from thirty to ten, to both direct light efficiently and effectively, and reduce the overall energy footprint.
