Redfin at Parkwood Crossing Office Park

Marvel Lighting supplied the light fixtures for Redfin’s office space at Six Parkwood. We hope Redfin is as SOLD on this space as we are! Parkwood Crossing is a premier location, so we ventured to provide excellent products for the remodel.

Form and Function with Light Rods

Featured in the center of the space is the stunning Light Rods 55″ LED Chandelier in Antique Bronze by West Elm. Its adjustable arms gave us that asymmetrical, sharp aesthetic trending in office design today.

Complementing the modern lines of the chandelier are the 4″ Intervals Downlights by Sonneman set in a square trim with a satin white finish. These recessed fixtures offer specification-grade design and excellent thermal performance. Intervals brings advanced technology, modularity, and flexibility to a superbly crafted high performing system of recessed downlighting in commercial spaces.

Versatile Troffers and Sconces

The Litetronics VLT 2×4 Volumetric Troffers were an obvious choice in value engineering and versatility. The selectable lumen output and correlated color temperature allow the contractor to customize what would normally be generic office lighting. We think Parkwood will enjoy them for years to come.

Over the counter, you’ll see the Sloan Sconce by Nuvo. These will make a nice task lighting option as the design comes together and are versatile enough for a sign or artwork to be featured between them.
