Designed for industrial applications, this NEMA-4X vandal-resistant exit sign stands up to harsh environments. The Severe™ family offers complete emergency lighting solutions for commercial and industrial environments where humidity, dust, water infiltration and the risk of vandalism are specification criteria.

• Stands up to harsh environments with a fully gasketed NEMA-4X housing; IK08 impact resistance
  
• Vandal-resistant heavy-duty polycarbonate faceplate is available in a choice of finishes: white, black, or gray; heavy aluminum backplate
• Provides on-site versatility with field-selectable chevrons and 6" EXIT lettering in red or green; special wording panels available
• Accommodates surface, ceiling, and wall mount installation; universal J-Box mounting; end and pendant mount are not NEMA-4X
• UL listed for wet and damp location self-powered (50°F to 104°F), AC and ACDC(-40°F to 104°F)
• Self-powered model UL listed for cold weather option (-4°F to +104°F )
• Meets NFPA101 (Life Safety Code), NFPA 70 NEC, and OSHA illumination standards; UL 924 listed
